Quick reports
Export everything
One Excel workbook with every ticket, customer, site, contact, labor entry, field note and change-history entry. Use it for backups or Power BI.
Weekly time import
Choose the weekly timecard export (the QuickBooks “Timecard Entries” sheet, .xlsx or .csv). Lines with a value in the Ref # column are matched to tickets by Ref # (or Q#). Lines without a Ref # are contract work and are skipped. The NOTE column is not used. Nothing is saved until you click Import.
Past imports
T&M client list
Choose the T&M “Client and Code List” export (.csv or .xlsx). C rows become customers with their client code; S rows become their sites, with the job # (e.g. S26-086) split from the site name into its own column. Tickets move to the site with the same job #. Run it again whenever the list is re-exported: new clients and jobs are added and existing ones updated. Nothing is saved until you click Apply.
